Representatives of the Voblago Charitable Foundation took part in the Christmas evening of the international public Association “Christian educational center named after saints Methodius and Cyril”, which was held at the Belarusian state Philharmonic in Minsk.
The solemn meeting was led by Metropolitan Pavel of Minsk and Zaslavsky, Patriarchal Exarch of all Belarus.
The event was attended by representatives of the administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Education, other ministries and departments, traditional faiths, as well as the city authorities of Minsk.
Metropolitan Pavel of Minsk and Zaslavsky addressed the organizers and guests of the evening with a welcoming speech.
On behalf of the Roman Catholic Church, Yuri kosobutsky, auxiliary Bishop of the Minsk-Mogilev Archdiocese, welcomed the audience.
The Central event of Christmas eve was the traditional presentation of the Christmas premiums Christian educational center “For the special contribution to Christian education and education, zealous service to Christ’s Church in the education of youth, contribution to the development of theological education.”
The Chairman of the Board of the Christian educational center, priest Svyatoslav Rogalsky, expressed gratitude to all participants of educational and social projects of the NGO “Christian educational center named after saints Methodius and Cyril”.
